These Terms of Service (“Legal Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and GetFibermaxxing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of https://www.getfibermaxxing.com (the “Site”) and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

GetFibermaxxing provides a free fiber intake estimator and fibermaxxing calculator, plus educational guide pages about dietary fiber.

• Receive approximate fiber, calorie, and related estimates from food databases and heuristics
• Adjust portions in the interface and share results
• Read informational content about fiber intake and high-fiber foods

3. Estimates, Data Sources, and Accuracy

Estimates are approximate. Food matching, portion assumptions, and nutrient values may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect for your specific foods or preparation methods.

• Values may derive from USDA FoodData Central, curated staples, and estimation rules
• Daily targets (e.g., Adequate Intake style goals) are simplified and may not fit your personal needs
• Unmatched or uncertain items may be omitted or flagged; results can under- or over-count fiber

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any output from the Services.

4. No Account Required

Core calculator features do not require creating an account. Certain optional features (such as product telemetry or future enhancements) may store limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your Inputs and License

Your content

You retain whatever rights you have in meal text and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to process User Content to operate, secure, and improve the Services (including Meal Logs described in the Privacy Policy).

Our intellectual property

We own or license the Site design, software, branding, copy, and databases/compilations that make up the Services (“Company IP”). These Legal Terms do not transfer ownership of Company IP to you.

Subject to these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except as allowed by law
• Use the Services to build a competing product by systematically extracting our content or data
• Misrepresent outputs as professional medical advice

6. User Representations

You represent that:

• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to disrupt or overload the Services
• You understand estimates are approximate and not medical advice

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law or third-party right
• Probe, scan, or attack our systems or other users
• Use automated bots that degrade service quality (except ordinary search indexing)
• Submit malware, spam, or abusive content
• Impersonate GetFibermaxxing or mislead others about the nature of the estimates

8. Third-Party Links and Affiliates

The Services may link to third-party sites or show affiliate/promotional placements. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Affiliate relationships, if any, will not change your obligation to evaluate products independently.

9. Feedback

If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF NUTRITIONAL DATA, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• GETFIBERMAXXING AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON ESTIMATES OR HEALTH DECISIONS.
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GetFibermaxxing harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Legal Terms

14. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains Meal Logs, analytics, and related practices.

15. Governing Law

16. Dispute Resolution
